Meet Pastors Johnny and Medina. Their passion for the ministry has brought them as missionaries in Africa for eighteen years and church planters in New York City and returned to the Houston area. Pastor Johnny is an MK (Missionary Kid) who was raised in Africa and Pastor Medina is a native Houstonian.

Worship leader
Jay was born with a thyroglossal cyst. At seven years of age, doctors said he might not be able to talk after the surgery. Now, he is a testament that our God is a healer and a miracle worker. He was a worship leader in Virginia and has now been New Song's worship leader since 2022.

Eddy and emma morales
small group leaders
Eddy and Emma leads their small group every first and third Monday of every month. They meet at local cafes or at their beautiful apartment when the weather does not cooperate. This dynamic duo were trained small group leaders under the Chi-Alpha at Houston University.

Jay and Davita's passion to spread the gospel and minister to children is what made them a fit for the ministry. Jay has gone through training under the Southern Baptist DMV and was the Director of Evangelistic Committee and Youth leader in Virginia. Davita studied and has her associate degree in Biblical studies from Southwestern Assemblies of God. They are blessed with two awesome boys - Aiden and Jace.
